As a Founder, Chairman and President, Ramana is responsible
for setting EnSoftek's overall strategy and direction. Prior
to EnSoftek, Ramana spent over ten years at Electronic Data
Systems (EDS), Chrysler Corporation and Protocol Systems.
Ramana
holds a BSEE from Michigan Technological University and
Graduate Degree in Computer Science from Oregon Graduate
Institute (OHSU).
Roger
Crystal, General Manager, Government Services
Responsible
for market and business development with federal, state and
local government services.
Roger
has over 30 years in the Information Technology and
Geospatial profession.
He is experienced in directing complex projects from
concept to fully operational status. He has a proven track
record in business development/marketing with civilian
government agencies such as the USDA and large firms.
Paul
Harwood, Technical Director
Responsible
for technical proposals, setting up project teams and
managing the projects. He is currently managing EnSoftek
projects at Oregon Department of Transportation.
Paul
Has more than 18 years of Information Technology expertise,
including project management, business and systems analysis,
mainframes, client-server technologies, databases and ERP
systems
Suresh Bhupalam, Recruiting
Manager
Responsible
for consulting staff recruitment and hiring process. Suresh
has demonstrated experience in IT
and how technologies work together to

processes.
Mr. Suresh holds
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He has over 8 years of IT
recruiting experience managing entire recruiting life cycle.
Prior to his recruiting career Suresh spent several years working
on ERP &CRM projects.
