EnSoftek’s TRITON (Trade In The Open Network) software suite provides a web-based solution to Shippers with the following functionality:

Trade document management allows documents to be indexed, searched, archived and restored to provide legal and non-disputable proof of transaction (electronic audit trail) which satisfies the U.S Customs Agency ACE initiative. The Custom Views and Prints feature creates domain specific views and paper prints of trade documents. The Document Templates map data from various sources like backend databases, EDIFACT files, and also generates customized PDF outputs of the forms. 

AESDirect: Using TRITON Shippers can submit export data to AES system and update the shipper’s XTN number on confirmation. AESDirect is the U.S. Census Bureau's free, internet based system for filing Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) information to the Automated Export System (AES). 

ERP/Accounting systems Integration

Shipment control (BIL, packing list, SLI) console act as a central processing platform. It tracks and displays all transactions, initiates the shipment by creating a new order or on receiving an order from a party or by retrieving the order information from the ERP system, reconciles sent messages, and provides all of the information needed for auditing transactions

Export Compliance: BXA and OFAC compliance by integrating with BIS/SNAP and Dept. of Treasury for Export License Management and Denied Party Screening

Order Fulfillment : Provides all the standard trade documents; Workflow Engine to enable users to define business rules depending on the value of data elements in trade documents, to drive process integration with the backend systems and to define document templates for data mapping; secure communications, Interfaces with Government Agencies for export/import compliance, clearing and data integration to complete an order.

Interactive (editable) PDF forms provide the look and feel of paper forms (easy to fill). These are preferred by customers to HTML forms because they require minimal change in process and avoid retraining of the employees. 

Administrative Module: Manages the administrative tasks of creating, granting privileges, and managing users. It connects to the certification authority site for requesting and downloading digital certificates, interaction with external card readers to store user credentials, managing mailboxes and other tasks.
