Global Trade Document Management  - Provides document management functionality from a Booking and Documentation console, from which various trade documents are generated by mapping data from various sources like entity databases, EDIFACT files.

The Custom Views and Prints feature creates domain specific views and paper prints of trade documents. TRITON can securely exchange data, documents or messages through email, fax, or bolero.net to the other parties. 

Entity Database - Information about the parties involved in the trade process and their rates, commissions, services, equipment and other preferences.

Transportation Management - Integration with Carrier systems to arrange the logistics and tracking/tracing information.  

Straight Through Processing - Trade chain collaboration with shippers, consignees, banks, carriers, forwarders, government agencies and insurance carriers to communicate data, documents is achieved via XML, ebXML, bolero.net™ and EDI for full transaction integration.

Settlement - shippers and consignees can automatically settle through their banks using straight through processing or bolero.net SURF utility for convenience, flexibility, and risk reduction. 

Export/Import Compliance Management - Shipper Export Declaration (SED) data can be submitted to AES system directly and update the shipper’s XTN number on confirmation. BXA and OFAC compliance is  achieved by integrating with BIS/SNAP and Dept. of Treasury for Export License Management and Denied Party Screening.
