Primary responsibilities will be managing federal marketing and the proposal development process, develop detailed marketing and proposal plans, compliance matrix, schedules and outlines and coordinate internal and external proposal development activities.  The candidate must have min 5 yrs exp in federal marketing and proposal mgt.  Must have experience in preparing and presenting marketing presentations to current and potential federal clients.  Must be willing to travel.
